3. Product Exchange Policy

      a. Requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
      b. The product must be in perfect condition (100%), with all original tags and packaging intact.
      c. Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price. If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the price difference. If the new item is cheaper, the company does not refund the difference.

      e. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
      f. The company does not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased items. Customers should review all product details before completing their order.

In case the product received is defective or incorrect due to company or shipping error:
Customers can file a claim immediately. The company will replace the product free of charge and cover all shipping costs.
