Product Exchange Policy

a. Products can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving the item.

b. The product must be in perfect condition (100%), with all original tags and packaging intact.

c. Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price. If the new item is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the new item is priced lower, the company does not refund the price difference.

e. Each order can be exchanged only once.

f. The company does not accept product returns or provide refunds for purchased items. Customers should check all details carefully before confirming their order.


In case the product received is defective or incorrect due to staff error or shipping mistake, customers can file a claim immediately. The company will replace the product free of charge and cover all shipping costs.
